Cancellation Policy And Bookings

We take all payments for services upfront on booking. Please note when booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which state that full payment for your session/package is due in full if cancelled within 24 hours it can not be refunded or transferred to a later time or date - payment which has already been made will not be refunded. Any cancellations made before the 24 hour period can be rescheduled one time only within 7 days of your missed appointment.
